tho I've never tasted real Italian pasta but I do know that, strangely, some pasta restaurants here, can't make pasta.

But it certainly not an Italian dish XDD;
And I am perplexed by those restaurants. (well, I've been to an italian restaurant in France in which they served a pizza margherita with.. EMMENTHAL instead of buffalo cheese ;_; ok, we italians are picky with our food, I know.)

I need to try spaghetti with meatballs sometimes. XD But for us it's.. strange, really strange XDD I still have to understand why it became common knowledge that it's an italian dish! XD (pasta in cans doesn't even exist here XD; )
